Manufacturing Facilities

Our plant is located at Sitapura Industrial Area on Tonk Road , Jaipur (Rajasthan),India. It has an installed capacity of more than 15,000 M.T. per annum for manufacturing HDPE Pipes, PVC Pipes, Drip Irrigation System, Sprinkler Irrigation System.

Machinery and Equipment:

At present we have five computerised automatic extrusion machines of DGP Windsor make to manufacture all kinds of pipes. Apart from them we have three moulding machines to manufacture all the accessories required for pipes and number of pneumatic welding machines.

To provide high quality standard PVC Pipes, HDPE pipes and sprinkler systems, we have an advanced manufacturing unit. The unit sprawls across a large area and has substantial production capacity. The facilities comprise of different units such as quality testing and R&D so as to implement systematized operations. Our manufacturing unit is upgraded with some of the advanced equipment and machines.

Our Infrastructure

We have a manufacturing facility which is well equipped with the latest machinery and equipment which helps us in making bulk productions. Our infrastructural background gives us assistance in separated parts including designing, manufacturing, quality testing, sales & marketing, packaging and warehousing units. With the use of hi tech machines, it is assured that our products are of the highest quality. Each stage of production is carried out under the supervision of our quality experts.
